Connectional Lay Council Launches New & Innovative Website
Sirius Networks LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina, technology partner of the A.M.E. Zion Church, announces the launching of the new website of the Connectional Lay Council (CLC) of the A.M.E. Zion Church. This site was developed by Sirius with some of the newest and highly interactive technology for use by the Connectional Lay Council for its internal and program management, membership development and future registration system and e-commerce offerings.  The website was built on a portal platform with the latest software technology and will provide visitors with a highly visual, yet easy navigational layout that is intuitive and user-friendly.

The site is the first step in a phased development process in order to effectively integrate all of CLC’s management and program functionalities for maximum productivity. The CLC staff will find themselves being more productive, the membership more involved and integrated and a ministry that is open and ready for all who would come.

Ms. Yvonne Tracy, General President of the Connectional Lay Council (CLC), made it known the value she sees in the use of technology through the internet. She stated, "We can all attest to the power of the internet in connecting churches, organizations and people with the tools and ideas for effective lay ministries. Therefore, the Connectional Lay Council will be looking at the next level of features and resource links that will demonstrate the contemporary focus of the Connectional Lay Council. The contemporary focus of the Connectional Lay Council is to engage and excite our young adults, youth and children regarding their responsibility to defend the traditions, polity and doctrines of The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church." She has wasted no time in making good on her desire to utilize technology in the development and growth of the CLC in the AME Zion Church and its outreach programming. Visit the new and exciting, visually dynamic, website tool of the Connectional Lay Council today.
