W.H. & O.M. Society Developing New Interactive Website
The Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society of the A.M.E. Zion Church has tapped its longtime technology partner, Sirius Networks LLC of Charlotte, N.C. to develop, launch and maintain a new, innovative and interactive website.

This new web environment will be instrumental in highlighting and showcasing the organization, including its events, its departments, its organizational branches at the local level, its news, its organizational structure and a newly designed resources area which continues to be one of the most visited areas of any website in the church.

WHOMS Project Leadership, including, WHOMS International President, Dr. Sandra L. Gadson, Executive Project Team Manager, Mrs. Rosetta Dunham and Technical Project Team Leader and Technology Liaison, Ms. Jacqueline Anthony are moving swiftly to design and develop a more visually dynamic, highly secure and graphically interactive web environment that is scalable into the future for its members, visitors and vendors. From a purely strategic organizational perspective, this will make it easier to add on functionality into the future, minimizing future development upgrade cost and ensuring faster turn-a-round of new development into the future. The greatest added benefit that this new website will offer is its increased web security which is imperative in this age of the internet.
