On behalf of Bishop George E. Battle, Jr. Senior Bishop of our church, I communicate to inform you that on this afternoon, Saturday September 21, 2013 just after lunch BISHOP CECIL BISHOP (RETIRED) exchanged time for eternity most peacefully.

Arrangements and further information will be forthcoming. Your prayers are sought for Mrs. Marlene Y. Bishop, their children Jason and Dana, as well as the entire A.M.E. Zion Church family.
