AME Zion Church Launches the Official 2012 General Conference Website for 49th Quadrennial Session
The AME Zion Church launches the 2012 General Conference website , the official online destination for registration to the 49th Quadrennial Session of the 2012 General Conference.

In an effort to give the membership of the AME Zion Church the highest quality of service, the leadership of the church has implemented this General Conference portal site to provide; answers to your questions, timely and detailed conference information assessable 24 hours a day and access to a real-time online secure conference registration system. Registration for the 2012 AME Zion Church General Conference can be found at www.2012GeneralConference.com.

The 2012 General Conference will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center in, Charlotte, NC on July 18-24, 2012. Registration includes events tickets, convention materials, preferred seating and a host of commemorative items.

Registration process is simple, quick and secure. To complete the process online, you will enter the information requested. If you are a conference attendee and NOT a delegate, you can register on this web site. Following your registration, an email will be forwarded to you with details of your transaction which can be used as a receipt. If you are a convention delegate, you will register at the Delegate Registration Center Hotline.

The 49th Quadrennial Session of the AME Zion Church is very proud to announce that it has chosen two of the highest quality hotels in Center City Charlotte, the Marriott City Center and the Charlotte Omni. Both are located within walking distance to Charlotte Convention Center which will host the convention. Limited rooms will be available so please reserve your room today.

There will be no on-line registration for delegates. Delegates have a DEDICATED hot line toll-free telephone number set up in the Connectional Budget Office. The hot line opened February 6th and will be operational through June 15th. The toll-free number is 855-538-7555. The hotline will be open, Monday through Thursday, 9:30am-3:00pm.
